Holiday Lights Hunger Run/Walk : Sheboygan, WI
The Holiday Lights Hunger Run/Walk takes place on 11/21/2026 at the Sheboygan Jaycees Quarryview Center area and Evergreen Park, offering a pre-season on-foot preview of the Making Spirits Bright holiday lights display. Proceeds support Sheboygan County Food Bank.
The event program includes:
- 5K run with professional timing on an accurately measured course
- 1-mile walk offered in multiple waves
Children age 12 and under register to walk for free. Registration opens August 24, 2026 and closes October 1, 2026. Entry fees listed for the event include separate fees for the 5K and walk waves.
Amenities and event features include complimentary hot chocolate and cookies, a photo opportunity with Santa, onsite food trucks, free event photos provided by volunteer photographers, and an award ceremony and after party at 3 Sheeps Brewing taproom. The first 500 registrants are eligible to receive a goodie bag from sponsors and community partners.
A limited VIP parking pass is offered for one vehicle for an additional $50 donation; the pass includes hospitality items and a curated bag of local goods. The event also hosts an onsite food collection where participants who bring three food items may enter to win door prizes.
Organizers work with community partners to provide free registrations for certain athletes and volunteers.
