Holiday Hustle 5K - Coal City
The Holiday Hustle 5K is an annual charity fun run held in Coal City on Sunday, November 22, 2026. The event takes place at Babe's Tap, 755 S. Broadway St., and is organized as a community race that combines fundraising with recreational running and walking.
The event distance is 5K. The course starts at Babe's Tap, proceeds south on Broadway Street to Reed Road, loops through the Cardinal Transport area, and returns north on Broadway.
Registration includes different pricing tiers: early registration at $35, standard registration at $40, a youth rate for ages 5-17 at $25, and a walk-up rate of $40. Early registration is noted to ensure a T-shirt and swag bag; these items are limited for later registrations.
Participants receive a commemorative T-shirt, a finisher's medal, and a swag bag. Walking is explicitly encouraged and holiday attire is recommended. Medals will be awarded to the overall top male and female finishers and to the top male and female in each age division.
