Hot to Trot is a set of road running events at Griffith Park Crystal Springs Picnic Area in Los Angeles, CA (4730 Crystal Springs Drive, 90027). Distances offered are:
- 5k
- 10k
- 15k
- Half marathon
The 5k is an out-and-back route. The 10k is two 5k loops. The 15k is three 5k loops. The half marathon follows three loops of about 4.36 miles each. The course includes numerous restrooms and water fountains. Running or walking with a stroller is allowed. Pacers and crew are welcome. There is a 3:15 time limit for the half marathon; an early start may be arranged by contacting the organizer.
Registration and services
Entry fees listed for the event are: 5k $25.99, 10k $30.99, 15k $35.99, half marathon $40.99. Registration includes a custom finisher medal for all finishers, a drawstring goodie bag, free photos and free videos, and an assortment of snacks and samples. Official results with names and times are posted online, generally within 12-24 hours after the event. Group discounts are available for groups of five or more by contacting the organizer.
