Hogweed Trot 10k 2026
The Hogweed Trot 10 km takes place on 08 June 2026 with Race HQ at Yate Town Football Club, Lodge Road, Yate, Bristol BS37 7LE. The course is a flat route on quiet rural roads with kilometre markers and holds Certificate of Course Accuracy No 23/434.
The event is chip timed and race numbers must be collected from Race HQ before the start. There will be supervised baggage storage at participants' own risk; the organisers are not responsible for loss or damage. Parking is available and organisers ask participants to consider car sharing; parking information will be sent by email.
Entrants must be at least 15 years old and a parent or guardian must provide permission on race day for younger entrants. Headphones are not permitted except for bone conduction variants; dogs are not allowed. A group warm up will be provided at Race HQ.
On-course provision includes water approximately mid-route and at the finish. Subject to availability, five pacemakers will target finishing times under 40, 45, 50, 55 and 60 minutes. Medals are awarded to all finishers. Prizes include places for the first three men and first three ladies, junior and veteran category awards, spot prizes and a course record bonus currently standing at 36:13.7 female and 31:56.2 male.
Entries close at the end of 25 May 2026; entries received after 18 May will not have names printed on race numbers. A range of affiliated and unaffiliated entry fees apply across early bird and regular periods. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
