Historic Boston-Edison Association 5K Run/Walk at Voigt Park
The Historic Boston-Edison Association 5K Run/Walk takes place on September 19, 2026, in Detroit at Voigt Park, 795 Longfellow St, 48202. The main distance is 5K (3.1 miles) with start and finish at Voigt Park. The course for this year follows a new route through the neighborhood.
Registered 5K participants receive a t-shirt if registration is complete by September 14, a finishers medal, a custom bib, and race timing. Event shirts are distributed while supplies last. There is also a Kids Sport Activity for children on the same day.
Registration is offered in general and resident categories. Listed fees for the 5K are $40 for general admission and $35 for HBEA residents. Kids activity fees are $20 for general admission and $15 for HBEA residents. Registration windows for the 5K and the kids activity are provided by the organizer; group registrations of four or more on the same transaction receive a $5 discount per registrant at checkout.
