Hisn Fili Run is a community road running event held at the heritage site Hisn Al Filli in Fili, Sharjah. The course is fully paved and is presented as a road run rather than a trail run. The event is described as open to all levels and abilities.

• 1 KM Perfect for kids and beginners

Teams may enter a team category. All team members must register using the same team name and there is no maximum number of team members. Team ranking for the event is determined by the best five finish times from team members in the 3 KM distance, without regard to gender. Only the top three teams receive awards and these awards are trophies.

Participants receive event timing, a certificate, a medal, and refreshments. The organiser offers a refund policy that allows cancellation and refund subject to applicable fees and time limits.
