Event Overview
The 7th Annual Hippo Stampede 5K is a fundraising event organized by the Hutto Women’s Alliance, a local nonprofit. The proceeds from the event support scholarships for Hutto High School seniors.
Distances and Fees
The event features two separate runs, both a 5K distance.
- Adult 5k: For participants aged 19 and older. The registration fee is $25.
- Youth 5k: For participants aged 18 and under. The registration fee is $15.
Both races start together. Registration for both closes on race day.
Location and Schedule
The event takes place at Adam Orgain Park in Hutto, Texas. Packet pickup is available on the Friday before the race at Fleet Feet Round Rock. On race day, packet pickup is also available at Adam Orgain Park before the start. The event includes a pre-race warm-up, the race itself, and an awards recognition ceremony after the run.
