Hilton Head Turkey Trot
The Hilton Head Turkey Trot is a community 5K run organized by Island Rec Center at 405 Squire Pope Road, Hilton Head, SC. The course begins in the Boathouse parking lot, runs into Hilton Head Plantation, turns around, and finishes at the start. The organizer describes the course as scenic.
Registration opens July 20, 2026. The early bird fee is $35 through September 15, 2026. Race entry includes a race shirt, a finisher medal, and entry to the afterparty.
Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the race at Island Rec Center, and canned and pantry donations will be collected for The Deep Well Project at packet pickup and on race day.
Race day parking is available at Mt. Calvary Church and the Dockside and Hudson’s parking lots; roadside parking is not allowed and participants are asked to follow parking attendants for safety. No pets are allowed. Strollers are permitted but must start at the back of the pack.
