Event Overview
The Hilton Head Shamrock 5K is a St. Patrick’s Day-themed 5K run and walk. The 2026 edition will be the 31st annual event. It starts on Pope Avenue at Celebration Park on Saturday, March 14.
Course Details
The course is a 5K loop. It starts and finishes at Celebration Park. The route uses roads and bike paths, including South Forest Beach Road, Cardillo Parkway, Deallyon Avenue, and Nassau Street.
Awards and Recognition
Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers, and the top three in each age category. There is also a "Beat the Leprechaun" challenge, where the top 50 finishers receive a special gift.
Registration and Fees
