HIIT Republic x HYROX Half Simulation - Hiit Republic Mitchell
This is a structured, wave-based HYROX Half Simulation hosted at Hiit Republic Mitchell. The format mirrors HYROX race flow and transitions: competitors complete a sequence of functional stations with a 500 m run between each station. Waves are used to manage start order and pacing, and wave times will be allocated and communicated prior to the event.
The event is open to hiit republic members and non-members aged 16 and over. Entry options are solo or doubles; doubles tickets admit two participants competing as a team. Ticket prices listed by the organiser are:
- $35 for members (solo)
- $45 for non-members (solo)
- $70 for members (doubles)
- $90 for non-members (doubles)
Station sequence (athletes complete a 500 m run between each item):
- 500 m run
- 1000 m ski
- 50/65 cal echo bike
- 50 m sled pull
- 80 m burpee broad jump
- 1000 m rower
- 200 m farmers carry
- 100 m lunges
- 100 wall balls
