Heritage Eagles 5K : Littleton, CO
The Heritage Eagles 5K is an annual road and trail event held at Heritage High School in Littleton, Colorado on Saturday, July 18, 2026. The race benefits the Heritage High School cross country team; the prior year’s event raised over $3,500 and $10 from each registration goes directly to the cross country program.
The course uses the Liberty Bell out-and-back route, combining neighborhood streets with crushed gravel paths along the High Line Canal. Course statistics list an elevation gain of 72 ft, an elevation loss of 128 ft, a minimum elevation of 5,434 ft, and a maximum elevation of 5,521 ft.
Registered participants receive a post-race pancake breakfast from Flippin’ Flap Jacks, which includes pancakes, sausage, and orange juice. A race T-shirt is available as an optional purchase for $14; orders must be placed by June 29 to guarantee sizing, and the shirts are a fitted style.
Awards include a custom 3.5 inch die-cast medal for the top three finishers in each age group and overall male and female winners. Age group awards cover ten bands from 10 and under through 70 plus.
