Heckscher State Park Marathon, Half Marathon & 5K
The event comprises a marathon, a half marathon and a 5K held at Heckscher State Park in East Islip, New York. Courses for all three distances are USATF certified and the marathon is listed as a Boston qualifier.
Each participant receives a long sleeved shirt and a finisher medal. Light refreshments and All Round Foods are provided after the races. Event services include a heated tent, live online and text results, free finish line photos, and same day finish line video. Personalized bibs are offered to runners who register at least three weeks in advance.
Awards are given to the top three men and women overall, to top three in multiple age groups spanning 15–19 through 80 plus, to top masters, and to top age graded finishers.
Pre-race bib pickup is available at Runner's Edge in Farmingdale on the days before the event and race day pickup is available at Field 2 in Heckscher State Park, with a self lookup area available for those who do not know their bib number. Course maps are provided separately for the marathon, half marathon and 5K. Lodging information lists the Courtyard by Marriott in Islip.
