Heart & Sole 5K & 1 Mile : Goodyear, AZ
The Heart & Sole 5K & 1 Mile is scheduled for Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Goodyear Ballpark, 1933 S. Ballpark Way, Goodyear, AZ 85338. The event is the 21st annual edition and is held in recognition of National Heart Health Month. The race offers both fun run and walk options and includes a rucking division.

Entry price listed for each event is $10. Packet pickup is available at Goodyear Ballpark on February 7 from 12:00-6:00 p.m. and the morning of the event beginning at 7:30 a.m. Participants receive a commemorative tee and a runner bib; promotional giveaways depend on availability. Finisher medals are awarded to all runners. Additional awards are given for the top winner in each 5K age group.
The 5K age groups are: 10 & Under; 11-20; 21-30; 31-40; 41-50; 51-60; 61-70; 71-80; 80+.
Rucking rules state participants under 150 lbs must carry a 10 lb rucksack or backpack and participants over 150 lbs must carry a 20 lb rucksack or backpack.
