Heart of a Queen 5K Fun Run/Walk

This event is a 5 km fun run and walk. It takes place on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 1501 South Grand West in Springfield, Illinois.

The event benefits the American Heart Association. Proceeds support research, education, and advocacy aimed at preventing cardiovascular disease and improving heart health. It is sponsored by the Miss Illinois Scholarship Organization.
