Heart Healthy 5K and Fun Walk
The University of Findlay College of Pharmacy chapter of the American Pharmacists Association - Academy of Student Pharmacists is hosting the 11th Annual Homecoming 5K and the 3rd Annual 1.4 mile Fun Walk on September 26, 2026, on the University of Findlay campus in Findlay, Ohio.
Distances offered:
- 5K in-person and virtual
- 1.4 mile Fun Walk in-person
A new course will start and finish at the Griffith Memorial Arch on campus. Registration and packet pick-up take place in front of Old Main at 1000 N Main St, with student-hosted tables offering educational activities during the registration period. Visiting all student tables makes a participant eligible for the raffle drawing. Raffle winners must be present to win.
Proceeds from the event will be partly donated to the American Heart Association. Professional timing is provided by Run Toledo. After finishing the 5K or Fun Walk, the University of Findlay Doctor of Physical Therapy program offers free post-race physical therapy services including injury screens, cupping, massage, and stretching.
Participants who choose the virtual option submit their race times using the race time submission form. Parking is available in the back lots of Winebrenner Theological Seminary at 950 N Main St. Event shirts are available while supplies last.
