Heart Healthy 5K and Fun Walk
The University of Findlay College of Pharmacy chapter of the American Pharmacists Association Academy of Student Pharmacists is hosting the 11th Annual Homecoming 5K and the 3rd Annual 1.4 mile Fun Walk on September 26, 2026 in Findlay, Ohio. A portion of event proceeds will be donated to the American Heart Association.
The event offers in person and virtual participation. The in person start and finish are located at the Griffith Memorial Arch on the University of Findlay campus. Registration and packet pick up take place in front of Old Main at 1000 N Main St, Findlay OH. Parking is available in the Winebrenner Theological Seminary back parking lots at 950 N Main St; parking is free.

Students from the College of Pharmacy will host tables with educational activities. Visiting all student tables makes participants eligible for a raffle drawing; raffle winners must be present to receive prizes. Professional timing will be provided by Run Toledo. After finishing, participants may receive free post race physical therapy services from the University of Findlay Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, including injury screens, cupping, massage, and stretching. Shirts are available while supplies last. Virtual participants can submit race times through the provided race time submission form. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
