Event overview
Heart & Soul Fest 2026 takes place over two days on Friday 31 July and Saturday 1 August at Druridge Bay Country Park, Northumberland. The festival combines timed endurance events with a programme of music, vendors and wellness activities. Arena access is available with paid arena passes. Races and challenge options include:

Heart Break Lake race options can be entered solo, in pairs or in teams of up to 10. Some events are open to entrants aged 16 and over.
Festival features scheduled across the weekend include live music and DJs, a licensed bar, street food and fitness vendors, a Saturday night afterparty, and a recovery zone with saunas and ice baths. Wellness activities listed include yoga and pilates.
