Heart and Soul Fest

Heart and Soul Fest is scheduled for 31 July to 1 August 2026 at Druridge Bay Country Park in Morpeth, NE61 5BX. The event uses a planned 4 km loop that will be clearly marked and marshalled.

The event is time based rather than distance based. Participants can take part in 12 hour or 24 hour formats, running, jogging, or walking as far as they wish. Entries are possible as solo runners, in pairs, or in teams of up to 12. Competitors may run together or use relay-style rotation; overall winners are those who complete the most combined laps.

The festival includes an outdoor Hybrid Games element powered by Process Driven Fitness and sponsored by WOD POWDERS. This part of the event brings strength, endurance, and skill based activities outdoors and is offered for solo and paired competitors, with open and pro categories noted.

The event also features family friendly entertainment in a main arena. Provisions on site include live music, local food vendors, and a licensed bar.
