Event overview
Heart and Soul Fest takes place Friday 31 July to Saturday 1 August 2026 at Druridge Bay Country Park in Northumberland. The event runs across two days and combines endurance racing, functional fitness, live music, food and vendor areas.
The weekend schedule notes that Friday opens registration, launches the arena and begins the Heart Break Lake 24-hour race. Saturday includes the full festival programme with the Heart Break Lake 12-hour and 4-hour races, the HSR Hybrid event, wellness sessions and a Saturday night afterparty.
Races and festival features
The main endurance offering is Heart Break Lake Ultra, held as timed races around a loop. The event also includes the HSR Hybrid, described as a blend of functional fitness and endurance.

Additional festival features include live music and DJs, a licensed bar, street food and fitness vendors. New elements for 2026 include a recovery zone with saunas and ice baths and wellness activities such as yoga and pilates. Arena access is managed with an arena pass, and Heart Break Lake entries are available for solo participants, pairs or teams of up to 10.
