Heart & Soul Fest 2027
Heart & Soul Fest is a three day weekend festival at Druridge Bay Country Park on the Northumberland coast that brings together running, fitness, wellness, live music, food, adventure and community. The 2027 edition follows an event in 2026 that welcomed more than 600 attendees.
The festival programme centres on Heart Break Lake, a multi edition running challenge for teams and solo competitors. There will be four different Heart Break Lake editions across the weekend, including a 24 hour team challenge where teams complete as many laps as they can and a solo 24 hour option for experienced endurance runners. The team format allows groups to run together, split into smaller groups, rest between laps and create a team base close to the course.
Additional on site activities include an outdoor functional fitness arena called HSR Hybrid with solo and paired categories, the Mini Deep North Run for younger participants, and a festival arena with live bands, DJs, licensed bars and street food. A dedicated wellness space will feature yoga, pilates, guided meditation, breathwork, group ice baths, saunas, recovery and mobility sessions, talks and workshops.
Tickets for the first release include festival access and weekend camping. VIP hard standing pitches for motorhomes and campervans are available as an extra.
