Haunted Horsepower 5K Run/Walk
The Haunted Horsepower 5K Run/Walk is an inaugural athletic event held at the NCM Motorsports Park in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The race takes place on a closed race track, providing participants with a flat and fast surface for completion. The event features two primary participation options:
- 5K Run/Walk: A 3.1 mile course on the paved motor circuit.
- Kids Dash: A specific event for children aged 10 and under.
Participants in the 5K receive chip timing for tracked results, which are available online. Registration includes a race shirt, and packet pickup for both the race number and shirt occurs on the morning of the event at the venue.
Awards are presented to the top overall male and female finishers in the 5K. Additionally, the event recognizes the top male and female participants across various age categories, ranging from 12 and under up through 70 and over.
