Haunted Halfsy 2026

The Haunted Halfsy is a Halloween themed running event presented by Olmsted Medical Center in Rochester, MN. The event uses a USATF certified half marathon course and includes a USATF certified 5K. The course begins at RCTC, follows tree lined neighborhoods and the Bear Creek paved trails, and finishes indoors at the RCTC fieldhouse.

The event program includes themed cheer zones along the course, vendors, Halloween inspired activities, race merchandise elements, and a kids costume run. It is operated locally by the Med City Marathon team. Proceeds from the event will support local mental health organizations, including NAMI and Aidan's Light.
