13th Annual Harvest Hustle 5K : Niles
The 13th Annual Harvest Hustle 5K is scheduled for 10/10/2026 at Notre Dame College Prep High School, 7655 Dempster St., Niles, IL 60714. The event includes community running and walking options held on the school grounds.

Proceeds and donations support the Niles Family Services Food Pantry. Over the years the event has raised more than $35,000 and collected thousands of pounds of food to assist community families. The pantry provides emergency food assistance to people of all ages.
Each participant receives a participation medal, to be picked up at the event. The food pantry’s current priorities include cleaning supplies, paper plates, plastic utensils, and cups. Useful food donations include canned fruit and vegetables, tuna, single serve cereals, oatmeal, crackers, rice, peanut butter, jelly, canned pasta meals, chili, and pasta sauce.
