Event Details
The Harvest Festival Champagne 5K is a 5 km run and walk taking place on October 3, 2026, in Clear Lake, Iowa. The event kicks off the local Harvest Festival day.
The course starts at the Yacht Club on Main Avenue & S. Shore and proceeds along South Shore Drive. The turnaround point is at the Eastridge Condos at 2351 S. Lakeview Drive.
Registration and Amenities
Registration includes an event t-shirt and complimentary champagne at the turnaround and finish line. Participants must be 21 or older to receive champagne; those under 21 receive a bottle of sports drink. A t-shirt is guaranteed for registrations completed by September 7.
Packet pickup is available Wednesday through Friday before the race at the Chamber office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It is also available on race day from 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM at the Lakeview Room in City Park.
Prizes and Participation
Prizes are awarded for the top three female, male, and youth finishers. Additional awards are given for best individual costume, best group costume, and best pet costume. The event is open to participants of all ages. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
