Harmon Field Half Marathon & Morris Fun Run

The inaugural Harmon Field Half Marathon & Morris Fun Run takes place on Saturday, April 25, 2026. The event includes two distances:

Morris 2 Mile Fun Run

The half marathon is described as a scenic, out-and-back course through the Hunting Country of Polk County, North Carolina. This event marks the return of the race after Harmon Field was repaired following damage from Hurricane Helene in 2024. Race proceeds support Harmon Field special projects.

The Morris Fun Run is a 2-mile event that takes participants through Harmon Field. Morris is a local landmark, the "beloved Tryon Horse," located at the intersection of Trade Street and Pacolet Street in Downtown Tryon.
