Hardisty Trail Run 2026
The Hardisty Trail Run takes place on June 20, 2026 at 48 Avenue, Hardisty, Alberta, Canada. The event uses a network of historic paths and newly cut trails across rolling hills with varied terrain.
Offered distances:
- 10 km trail, approximately 10.6 km, passing the Trestle Bridge, the golf course and viewpoints over Hardisty Lake.
- 5 km trail, following the Battle River Valley and returning along the cobbled Old Hardisty Road.
- 2 km kids loop on historical trails more than 60 years old. Parents may accompany children free of charge but the course is not stroller accessible due to a narrow gate and two very uneven hills.
Prizes are awarded to first through third place in age categories for the 10 km run, 5 km run, 5 km walk and 2 km kids event. The first 50 registrants receive an adjustable slim waist belt in their race packet. Bib transfers are permitted and can be completed on the morning of the event when the replacement requests the original registrant name. Day of registrations are allowed at a 20 percent surcharge with cash or e transfer accepted. As of May 15, 2026 all sales are final no refunds.
