Route and Location
The Harbour Heritage Trail is a coastal running event located on the north coast of Jersey. The course covers approximately 6.5 miles of terrain, traveling in an easterly direction from Bonne Nuit to Rozel. Participants follow a route that consists of cliff paths and views of the sea, passing through several historic locations along the island's coastline.
The run connects multiple maritime sites, beginning at the bay of Bonne Nuit. From there, the path leads runners through Bouley Bay before reaching the final destination at the harbour of Rozel. The course is designed to feature the rugged landscape and maritime heritage of the area.
Logistics and Support
The event is organized to benefit local charities, specifically Freeda and Caring Cooks of Jersey. It is supported by Ports of Jersey and TrailMonkeys. Due to space constraints at the harbours, no participant parking is permitted at the start in Bonne Nuit or the finish in Rozel.
Instead, designated parking is provided at Jardin d'Olivet. The organizers provide a shuttle minibus service to transport runners from the parking area to the start line and back from the finish line. Access to specific minibus times is managed on a first-come, first-served basis. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
