15th Annual Harbor Point 5K Turkey Trot Fun Run
The 15th Annual Harbor Point 5K Turkey Trot Fun Run is scheduled for Thursday, November 26, 2026, at Harbor Point Square in Stamford, Connecticut. The event is a complimentary, untimed 5K fun run that welcomes runners, walkers, families and friends; there is no entry fee and costumes are appreciated. Check-in begins before the run and walk-ups can register in person on the day.
Participants age 18 and older must RSVP and sign an online waiver to participate. Runners under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to RSVP and sign a waiver on their behalf; failure to comply may result in RSVP cancellation. The event is planned as rain or shine, although thunderstorms may cause cancellation.
Organizers partner with Person-to-Person, Inc., a local 501(c)(3) charitable agency. A Stamford-based mobile food pantry will be onsite and attendees are asked to consider bringing non-perishable food items. Most needed items listed by the organizer include cold cereal and oatmeal, pasta and sauce or mac and cheese, peanut butter and jelly, canned tuna or chicken, dried and canned beans and rice, granola or snack bars, and fresh or canned fruit.
The event includes a raffle: each contribution of five dollars or more earns an automatic entry, and one winner will receive a one hundred dollar gift card to a Harbor Point restaurant. By participating or being in the event area, attendees acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and consent to possible use of photographs or video by BLT MANAGEMENT LLC for promotional purposes.
