Happy Valley Half Marathon & 5K
The Happy Valley Half Marathon & 5K takes place in Northampton, MA on October 18, 2026. The event uses a USATF certified course that passes through rural New England roads during peak fall foliage.

Every finisher receives a designed finisher's medal and a technical race shirt. Runners aged 21 and over are eligible for a beer or cider from participating breweries, and all finishers may receive a food item from participating food trucks. The finish area includes live music and a post-race celebration.
Organizers state there are no refunds, deferments, or bib transfers going forward. If the event cannot be held due to COVID, inclement weather, or other unforeseen issues, entry will be granted into a future race at no additional charge, and previously requested deferments will be honored.
The event provides financial support to Easthampton High School’s Track & Field and Cross Country programs and supports the launch of the school’s track club through track maintenance, equipment, and related needs.
