The Happy Valley Half Marathon & 5K is a road running event held in Northampton and western Massachusetts during the peak fall season. The event provides ongoing community support by funding Easthampton High School’s Track & Field and Cross Country programs. This support includes backing for the launch of the school's track club, with contributions toward track maintenance, equipment and other program needs. The organizer has a no-refund policy for future entries: there are no refunds, deferments and bib transfers going forward. If the event cannot be held due to COVID, inclement weather or other unforeseen issues, entrants will be granted entry into a future race at no additional charge, and previously requested deferments will be honored.
