The Happy Soles 5k Run/Walk/Bike & Virtual Challenge takes place on Sunday, June 7, 2026, in Taylor, Michigan. The event is the 16th annual edition and benefits Fish & Loaves Community Food Pantry. The route goes through Taylor Heritage Park and is open to participants who walk, run, bike, or join virtually. In 2024 participants helped Fish & Loaves purchase 3.2 million pounds of food to serve more than 50,000 households.

Registration opens December 7, 2025. Listed event prices are: $35 for the Happy Soles 5k, $30 for Veterans & First Responders (verification required), $35 for the virtual 5k, $35 for the bike 5k, and $45 for the bike and run combo. One hundred percent of proceeds will help Fish & Loaves purchase food for households in 2025. The first 300 participants will receive a Happy Soles medal. Registrations made by May 11 are guaranteed a T-shirt; event T-shirts run large. Packet pickup is scheduled for Saturday, May 31 at Fish & Loaves Community Food Pantry, with additional pickup available at the event.
