Happy Halloween 5k 10k 15k Half Marathon Long Beach
The event takes place on October 31, 2026, on the Long Beach Shoreline Path in Belmont Shores at 5400 E Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA. It offers multiple race distances on the beach path and uses marked out and back loops.

The course is an open beach path and requires courtesy to other pedestrians, runners, and cyclists. The 5k is a single out and back. The 10k uses two 5k loops and the 15k uses three 5k loops. The half marathon is three loops of approximately 4.36 miles each. An aid station is located at the turnaround and start/finish area and provides water cups, water bottles, Gatorade cups, and Gu gels.
Included in registration are custom finisher medals, drawstring goodie bags, free videos and photos linked to bib numbers, live results at finish, age group awards (pick up at the race only), cinematic race highlight reels, trophies and achievement badges, an Ascend Index ranking, and the A Better World Running app. Snacks and samples are provided. A 3 hour 15 minute time limit applies to the half marathon; early starts may be arranged on request. Transfers are allowed by request and there is a no refund policy.
