14th Annual Hanover Day 5K
The event is a community road race in Hanover, MA on June 27, 2026. Bib pickup is available Friday at the Hanover YMCA, 75 Mill Street, and Saturday at Hanover Town Hall, 550 Hanover Street.
Distances include:
- 5K road race
- Fun Run, about 1/10 of a mile, for ages 8 and under
Registration fees are tiered by age. Adult registration is $30 through June 26 and $35 on race day. Student registration (ages 11 to 18) is $20 through June 26 and $25 on race day. Child registration (age 10 and under) is $15 through June 26 and $20 on race day. The Fun Run for ages 8 and under is free; shirts are included for the first 48 registered fun runners and sizes are distributed first come, first served. The shirt deadline is June 6.
Awards are given to the overall top three male and female finishers and to first place male and female in these age groups: 12 and under, 13 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79, and 80 plus.
Walkers are welcome. Running strollers should start in the back. Dogs are not permitted. The starting line is a quarter mile walk from the registration area. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
