Run the Rainbow 5K and Fun Run 2026
The 9th annual Run the Rainbow 5K and Fun Run takes place on November 1, 2026 at Bells Mill Park, 424 Albemarle Drive, Chesapeake, VA 23322. The event is presented by Hampton Roads Pride and managed by Mettle Events.

Start and finish are located at the amphitheater. Packet pickup location and date are to be determined. An after party is to be determined. Non profit vendors will be present at Bells Mill Park on race day.
Assisted athletes are welcome. The event introduced gender neutral registration in partnership with Mettle Events. The race supports Hampton Roads Pride fundraising; $189.79 has been raised toward a $10,000 goal, representing 2 percent of the goal, and 17 participants are listed.
The event connects runners, youth, businesses and organizations with the Hampton Roads Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual, Pansexual and allied communities and provides an opportunity for local nonprofit presence at the park.
