HAMMER HEAD
HAMMER HEAD is a team fitness event held on 27/06/2026 at Abu Dhabi Indoor, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The event uses a 24 Rounds Challenge format that combines repeated short runs and strength or conditioning work across a sequence of stations. The format is 12 stations plus 12 runs, with a 400m run between every station. Entry is by team of two.
The workout consists of the following stations and targets:
- Tyre Flip: 180 m
- Burpee Broad Jump: 120 m
- Rowing: 800 m
- Farmer Carry: 120 m, 20 kg or 30 kg
- Bike: 50 calories
- Sled Push: 120 m, 80 kg
- Sled Pull: 120 m, 80 kg
- Sit Ups to Target: 100 reps
- Ski Erg: 800 m
- Bear Hug Carry: 120 m, 20 kg or 40 kg
- Bear Crawl: 180 m
- Hammer on Tyre: 100 reps
