The 5K At Hamilton
The event takes place on October 3, 2026, at Veterans Park, 2206 Kuser Road, Hamilton Township, NJ. It features a measured 5 kilometer course and a one mile walk held on park grounds that are noted for fast times and social gatherings.

The 5K is both competitive and recreational. It has been added to the USATF Grand Prix Series and offers awards in five year age groups through 90 and over, plus top three overall male and female prizes. The one mile walk is organized as a non competitive fun walk.
Registration fees are shown for multiple categories and include mandatory charges. Examples listed for summer and fall registration include amounts such as $40.49 for the standard 5K and $34.99 for the one mile walk. Students 18 and under register at half price and children 12 and under may register free. A USATF member category for the 5K is also listed with a separate fee.
The event benefits AFAR, a 501C3 public charity that has operated since 2016 and manages sober living homes in the Hamilton, Bordentown, and Burlington area. Additional details note t shirts guaranteed to the first 80 registrants while supplies last, the event proceeds rain or shine, and no refunds are provided if the race is canceled for dangerous weather or unforeseen circumstances.
