The 5K At Hamilton
The event takes place on October 3, 2026, at Veterans Park, 2206 Kuser Road, Hamilton Township, NJ. It comprises a competitive 5K run and a non-competitive 1 Mile fun walk.
The 5K has been added to the USATF Grand Prix Series and offers awards by five-year age groups through 90 and over, plus top overall awards for male and female finishers. The 1 Mile Walk is a non-competitive walk through Veterans Park. Numerous random prizes are provided by sponsors and donors. T-shirts are guaranteed to the first 100 registrants.
Entry options and examples of listed fees include a standard 5K registration fee of $40.49, a USATF member 5K category at $34.99, and a 1 Mile Walk fee of $34.99; students 18 and under register at half price and children 12 and under are free. First responders and US military veterans are eligible for complimentary registration for the 5K.
The event benefits AFAR, a 501C3 public charity that operates sober living homes in the Burlington, Hamilton and Bordentown area and assists residents with employment support. The event is held rain or shine; there are no refunds if the race is cancelled due to dangerous weather or unforeseen circumstances. Awards must be collected in person at the awards ceremony.
