About the race
The 5K At Hamilton is a fundraising running event held on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Veterans Park in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. The event supports AFAR, a 501(c)(3) public charity that has operated since 2016 and manages five sober living homes in the Burlington area.
Distances offered:

The 5K includes competitive awards with prizes for the top three overall men and women and age group awards in five year increments through 90 and over. Registration notes in the event listing show standard fees for the 5K and the 1 Mile Walk, reduced or free pricing for younger participants, and complimentary registration for first responders and U.S. military veterans. T-shirts are guaranteed to the first 100 registrants and otherwise distributed while supplies last. The event is held rain or shine. Random prize drawings are provided by sponsors and donors. The organizer states there are no refunds if the race is cancelled due to dangerous weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, and award recipients must be present at the awards ceremony to receive prizes.
