Haltemprice 10K
The Haltemprice 10K is an established road race in East Yorkshire, with a history dating back to 1987. The event takes place at the Haltemprice Leisure Centre in Anlaby, Hull. This autumn competition is open to club runners, local athletes, and first-time participants.
The course consists of a single distance:
- 10 km
The route is characterized by a mix of quiet countryside lanes and leafy suburban stretches. The terrain includes gentle undulations throughout the course. Each kilometre is marked with distance flags, and marshals are positioned along the track to provide guidance.
Participants receive chip-timed results and access to free race photos. The event includes a managed village area with food and drink options. Finishers receive a unique themed medal and post-race goodies. The 2026 edition supports Health Stars, the charity of the Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust, which provides services across East Yorkshire, Hull, and North Yorkshire.
Optional event merchandise, such as a t-shirt featuring the event logo, is available during the registration process. The organizers focus on sustainability and utilize a digital communication system to provide event information to participants via email.
