Halloween Hustle Hardwood Trail Running Race
The Halloween Hustle Hardwood Trail Running Race takes place on October 25, 2026 and is organized by Hardwood Ski and Bike. The event includes a short race for children and trail distances for adults.
Distances:
- 1.5 km kids race
- 5 km trail race
- 10 km trail race
Entry fees are tiered. Standard entry for the 5 km and 10 km is $50 with a Super Early Bird price of $25 until August 3 and an Early Bird price of $37 until September 15. The 1.5 km kids race is $25 with a Super Early Bird price of $12 until August 3 and an Early Bird price of $19 until September 15. Registration closes on October 23 and fees increase on September 16.
The 5 km course uses single track and double track trails and includes roots and hills described as manageable by recreational runners. The trail will be closed to other users during the event.
A costume contest will be held with costumes judged at the start line. Awards and draw prizes will be distributed after the races. Donations for the Sharing Place will be collected on race day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
