Halifax County Turkey Trot
The Halifax County Turkey Trot is held on Thanksgiving Day in South Boston, Virginia. This community event serves as a fundraiser to support families in need within Halifax County. The activity takes place at 210 Factory Street and features an environment suitable for families.
Participants can take part in a single event:
- 5K Run/Walk
The race utilizes chip timing to provide results for participants. The first 300 individuals to register receive event t-shirts. The venue at the start and finish line features inflatables, music, and various giveaway items. After completing the course, muffins are provided for the runners and walkers.
