About the race
The Halfway Half Marathon & 10K are road races held in early May in the Halfway/Richland area of Oregon. The start is at Old Richland Grade School at the corner of Highway 86 and Moody Road in Richland.

The 10K finishes at the top of the Halfway grade on Highway 86. The half marathon finishes on the Pine Eagle High School track in Halfway, Oregon.
The course includes a significant climb with 1,765 feet of ascent and 1,100 feet of descent. The event provides finisher medals, technical T-shirts, post-race refreshments, awards and swag, and bus transportation to the starting line. Runners and walkers are welcome.
Registration fees listed for the event are:
- Half Marathon: $40 for adults 18 to 64, $20 for youth 17 and under and seniors 65 and older.
- 10K: $30 for adults 18 to 64, $20 for youth 17 and under and seniors 65 and older. A family rate is available for families of 4 to 6; larger families should contact the event organizer for registration details.
