Event Overview
The Halfway Half Marathon & 10K is a running event scheduled for Sunday, May 3, 2026, in Halfway, Oregon. The event is a fundraiser for the Pine Eagle High School track and field program, with proceeds intended for improving the school's track facility.

Course Details
The half marathon and 10K have separate start and finish locations. The start for both races is at the Old Richland Grade School, located at the corner of Highway 86 and Moody Road in Richland, Oregon. The 10K finish is at the top of the Halfway grade on Highway 86. The half marathon finish is on the track at Pine Eagle High School in Halfway. The event notes an epic hill on the course, with an ascent of 1,765 feet and a descent of 1,100 feet. The scenery is described as stunning.
Participation and Registration
Runners and walkers are welcome to participate. Registration is open with the following fees:
- Half Marathon: $40 for adults aged 18-64; $20 for youth (17 & under) and seniors (65+).
- 10K: $30 for adults aged 18-64; $20 for youth (17 & under) and seniors (65+).
A family rate is available for families of 4 to 6. For families of 7 or more, registration requires contacting the organizer directly. Bus transportation to the starting line is available.
Event Features
