US Road Running - Springdale

Event information
The Medal Madness event is scheduled for March 7, 2026, in Springdale, Arkansas, at Shaw Family Park. The listed street address is 7341 W Downum Rd, Springdale, AR 72762. The event includes the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
All runners must register on RunSignup. There is no on-site registration. Race fees increase on the Monday before the race. The start location is next to the park splash pad.
Courses, timing and awards
The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course. The 5K follows that course twice and the 10K follows it four times. The Half Marathon is an out-and-back course that is completed six times. There is a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
All finishers receive a themed finisher medal. Wearing a costume is encouraged; a group photo is taken at the beginning of each race and a best-costume award is given at the beginning. The race earns points toward the US Road Running Race Series and follows that series' awards and FAQ information. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
