The Medal Madness race takes place in Corunna, Michigan, on June 20, 2026. The event is held at McCurdy Park.

Race Details

Participants can choose from three distances:

5K
10K
Half Marathon (13.1 miles)

All races use an out-and-back course. The 5K covers the base course once, the 10K twice, and the Half Marathon four times. The course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.

Logistics

Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race starts. Registration must be completed online in advance; there is no on-site registration. Participants are instructed to use the parking lot across from the playground. The starting line is near the intersection of Village Drive and Governor Parsons Drive.

Features

All finishers receive a themed medal. While not required, wearing a costume is encouraged. A group photo is taken at the beginning of each race, with an award for the best costume.
