The Medal Madness event takes place on January 24, 2026, at Lime Bluff Park in Hughesville, PA (461 Elm Drive). The event includes these distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon (13.1M)

Course and logistics
All courses are out-and-back formats. The 5K and 10K use a short out-and-back segment of 1.56 miles per round trip; the 5K completes that segment twice and the 10K completes it four times. The half marathon uses a longer out-and-back of 2.18 miles per round trip and repeats that segment six times. The overall course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
All runners must register online on RunSignup. There is no on-site registration. The event provides finisher medals and has a shirt and gear shop, a best costume category, series points, and awards.
