Event overview
The Medal Madness event takes place on January 31, 2026, in Panama City Beach, Florida, at 11 Mandy Lane, 32413. The event includes these distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
All participants must register on RunSignup. There is no on-site registration. The event is organized by US Road Running. Finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume category, series points, and awards are part of the event program. A race contact form is provided for questions.
Courses and logistics
Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race start. The race has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Course descriptions supplied by the organizer:
- The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back segment described as 0.78 miles (roundtrip noted as 1.56 miles). The 5K repeats that segment two times and the 10K repeats it four times.
- The Half Marathon uses an out-and-back segment described as 1.09 miles (roundtrip noted as 2.18 miles). The Half Marathon repeats that segment six times.
