The Medal Madness event takes place on January 24, 2026 in Panama City Beach, FL. The start is at Conservation Park Trailhead, at 100 Conservation Drive, Panama City Beach, FL 32413. The event includes three race distances and is organized by US Road Running.
Distances and course details

- 10K
- Half Marathon
The 5K and 10K use the same out-and-back loop. One-way the loop is 1.56 miles and the full out-and-back is 3.11 miles. The 5K runs the out-and-back once; the 10K runs it twice. The Half Marathon uses a separate out-and-back loop that is 1.64 miles one-way and 3.28 miles out-and-back; the Half Marathon repeats that out-and-back four times.
A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies. All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Finisher medals are provided.
