Medal Madness at Bohls Park in Pflugerville offers three running events at Bohls Park, 400 Immanuel Rd, Pflugerville, TX 78660. The original course is currently closed due to construction; organizers are working to secure a new course and will provide updates when the course is confirmed.

- 5K - out-and-back course completed two times.
- 10K - out-and-back course completed four times.
- Half Marathon - out-and-back course completed six times.
All participants must register online via RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Parking is available at the Pflugerville Parks and Recreation Department and Recreation Center at the event address.
The event enforces a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. All finishers receive a themed finisher medal. Costumes are optional; a Best Costume Award is selected and mailed after the race.
