Event overview
The Medal Madness event takes place on January 24, 2026, at Blount Cultural Park in Montgomery, Alabama (1 Festival Dr, Montgomery, AL 36117). Course format and layout
The 5K and 10K use the same out-and-back segment. The out-and-back segment is listed as 1.56 miles; the 5K completes that out-and-back twice and the 10K completes it four times. The half marathon uses a different out-and-back segment listed as 2.18 miles and repeats that out-and-back six times.
Logistics and services
Packet pickup is provided on race day. Participants are directed to park in the large parking lot in the center of Blount Cultural Park or in the Scenic Open Space.
