Half Hastings - event overview
Half Hastings takes place on May 30, 2026 in Hastings, Nebraska. The event includes multiple race options that start and finish at locations in Hastings, with awards presented at Hastings College Stadium.

The half marathon relay is divided into three legs of approximately 4.6, 3.7, and 4.8 miles; it can be completed by two or three runners per team. Packet pickup is available the day before the race at Hastings Middle School from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and same-day packet pickup is available at each race start location for those who need it.
There is free parking at Hastings Middle School (half marathon start) and at Hastings College Lynn Farrell Arena (half finish and 5K start/finish). Buses will transport runners between the arena and the half marathon start and will return runners to the middle school parking after the race. Participants should allow extra time for parking.
All half marathon and 5K participants receive a medal. All runners receive a shirt; the regular race shirt is a slim-fit running singlet, and a loose unisex dri-fit T-shirt is also available for 2026. The race day shirt guarantee date is May 21, 2026. Food is available at the finish and local brewed beer is served downtown after the event. No race-day entries are allowed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
