Camping is available on site for tents only; separate fees apply for one or two nights. Park rules require campers to pack out garbage, restrict amplified sound and lake use overnight, and limit vehicle access in the camping area.
The event follows USAT rules for triathlon and duathlon, with helmet requirements and no music allowed during the bike segment. Awards are given to top overall and masters winners plus age group places; Clydesdale and Athena divisions follow specific eligibility rules. A local nonprofit focused on water safety is listed as the event beneficiary. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
