General Information

The 18th annual Hadley Run takes place in the town of Hadley. The event features a course consisting of 100 percent paved, flat streets. Much of the route is shaded, with the exception of the section known as the Starr mile. The race begins and ends at the Mill Museum, located just south of the stop light. Parking for participants is available in the church parking lot across the road from the museum.

Participant Details

All participants receive an individual start and finish time using chip timing. Results are available immediately through an on-site kiosk or a live online timing website. Finishers can collect a medal from a table provided at the end of the race. The event does not include a formal awards ceremony as subsequent community activities, such as a kids parade and an Independence parade, occur in the town shortly after the race concludes.

Course Services and Support

Participants have access to bottled water and refreshments at both the start and finish lines. Additionally, a water station is located along the course near the Post Office. Prizes are awarded to the overall male and female winners. Net proceeds from the event are directed toward the Hadley Historical Society and other local charitable causes.
