Event Overview
The HACEMOS NTX Scholarship 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for Saturday, September 12, 2026. The event offers two participation formats: an in-person 5K on a certified course held at the University of Texas at Arlington, and a virtual 5K that can be completed from any location. All proceeds benefit the IMME Becas / HACEMOS NTX Scholarship Program, which awards financial aid to students in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Location and Details
The in-person race starts at the UTA Maverick Activities Center (500 W Nedderman Dr, Arlington). Free parking is available at designated campus lots. Snacks and water will be provided for participants. Following campus policy, pets are not allowed on the course.
Event Features
A post-race celebration and awards are planned. Prizes will be given for overall male and female finishers. In-person participants who complete the course receive a participation medal. A unisex event T-shirt can be added to registration for an additional fee, with a deadline for size guarantee.
