Habitat Hustle 5K Run/Walk
The 14th Annual Habitat Hustle 5K is a community run and walk that benefits UF Habitat for Humanity. The event is open to the public of all ages and is set in Gainesville, Florida, with the start and finish at Boulware Springs Park. The course follows the Hawthorne Trail.
Registration details include a fee of $20 and the following items: a T shirt, race bib, raffle ticket, and post race treats. Extra raffle tickets are available for purchase at the event for $1 each. Race T shirts for 2026 are guaranteed for participants who sign up before October 2, 2026; after that date 2026 shirts are distributed first come first serve and remaining participants will receive 2025 shirts. Children 5 years old and under may participate free of charge without registration.
Awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers. All proceeds support UF Habitat for Humanity to provide safe, affordable housing to families in Alachua County through home builds and critical home repairs.
Free parking is provided at 3300 SE 15th Street, Gainesville, with overflow parking at 3400 SE 15th Street. Registration opens on September 1, 2026 and closes on September 30, 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
