Gwinnett Gobble Wobble 5K - Dacula
The Gwinnett Gobble Wobble 5K in Dacula is the 12th annual Thanksgiving morning event held at Little Mulberry Park, 3855 Fence Road. The course runs along the park's paved paths on the Fence Road side.
Two event options are offered:
- 5K untimed fun run, no awards
- 5K timed, awards for finishers
Entry fees vary by registration date. For the untimed 5K the fee is $19.99 on or before September 8, $24 from September 9 to November 1, and $27 after November 1. For the timed 5K the fee is $27.99 on or before September 8, $30 from September 9 to November 1, and $35 after November 1. Family discount rates apply when four people register together: $95 until September 8, $99 from September 9 to November 1, and $119 after November 1. The family discount is applied automatically to the first four people registered for the same event.
Long sleeve t-shirts are guaranteed to all pre-registered participants. There is a pre-race packet pickup on Wednesday, November 25 at Little Mulberry Park Pavilion, Fence Road side, from 3:45 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.
Proceeds benefit local co-op ministries and food pantries. Participants are asked to bring canned goods or non-perishable food items for donation to area food pantries and co-ops. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
