About the race
The Otto Grunski Runski is the 46th annual 5K held in Menasha, Wisconsin on September 26, 2026. The event starts and finishes at Curtis Reed Square, 160 Main Street, and follows a course that highlights Menasha's downtown, its trail system, and historic Doty Island. The race is chip timed.
Registration opens May 1, 2026 and closes September 1, 2026. The registration fee is $30.00. Included with registration is a long sleeve T shirt from The Print House LLC and a finisher award from Catch Fire Creations. Finish line activities include music from 103.9 WVBO and BBQ parfaits from Parker John's. To guarantee receipt of the long sleeve T shirt, registration must be completed by September 12; registrations after that date do not guarantee the included shirt.
Proceeds from the Grunski Runski support the Menasha Parks and Recreation Family Assistance Fund, which provides financial assistance for Menasha youth to participate in Menasha Parks and Recreation programming year round. Sponsors for the event include Parker John's BBQ and Pizza, Fleet Feet Fox Valley, 103.9 WVBO, The Print House LLC, Catch Fire Creations LLC, and Jitters.
