Registration opens February 1, 2026. Entry fees listed for the events are $115 (1/2 marathon), $95 (10k), $75 (5k), and $35 (fun run). The half marathon field is limited to 100 spots and is listed as full. The 10k field is limited to 60 spots with one spot remaining. The 5k field is limited to 100 spots with 57 spots remaining.
Course, logistics and awards
The 5k and fun run use paved roads with rolling hills. The 10k and half-marathon begin and end on pavement and also use smooth, wide dirt forest roads through a Ponderosa Pine forest in Groom Creek, about five miles south of Prescott. The race will operate a cupless course on the course water stations; runners receive a reusable foldable hydration bottle at registration and may use a hydration pack. Cups will be available at start and finish stations. Runners receive an event T-shirt and a foldable hydration bottle. Half-marathon finishers receive a finisher medal.
